By accessing or using stimhead (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

stimhead is a mobile application that allows users to scan, track, rate, and share energy drinks. The App provides social features including user profiles, posts, and a community feed.

3. User Accounts

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use stimhead
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant stimhead a license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App. You agree that:

  • You will not post illegal, offensive, or harmful content
  • You will not post false or misleading information
  • You will not impersonate others
  • You will not spam or harass other users
  • Your content does not violate third-party rights

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App
  • Collect user data without permission
  • Use automated systems or bots
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, including content containing profanity, hate speech, or inappropriate material. We use automated filters and manual review to moderate content.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. stimhead does not guarantee:

  • Accuracy of product information or nutritional data
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Security of your data
  • Fitness for any particular purpose

8. Health Disclaimer

Important: stimhead is for informational and entertainment purposes only. Features like Neural Load Score, Peak Focus Windows, and Crash Prediction are estimates based on general caffeine metabolism models — they are not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before making decisions about caffeine consumption. Users are responsible for monitoring their own caffeine intake.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stimhead and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any reason. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Intellectual Property

The stimhead name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of stimhead. All app content, design, and functionality are owned by stimhead and protected by copyright laws.

13. Trademark Disclaimer

All energy drink brand names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. stimhead is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any beverage company.

14. Refund Policy

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Refunds are handled via Apple's refund process. stimhead does not process payments directly.

15. DMCA / Copyright

If you believe content on stimhead infringes your copyright, please submit a takedown request to support@stimhead.app with a description of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, and your contact information.

16. Open Food Facts Attribution

Product data provided in part by Open Food Facts, available under the Open Database License.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
